The School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EEECS) at Queen’s University Belfast is among the leading EEECS departments in the UK with over 80% of research judged to be internationally excellent or world leading. The School wishes to recruit Lecturers (Education) in Computer Science in the following areas of interest: Data Science, Computing Systems, Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering. We invite applications to shape the vision for Computer Science within the school and to take leadership in its delivery.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate that they can lead scholarship of teaching and learning projects that will complement the ongoing initiatives within the school and across the faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences. A successful candidate will also contribute to cutting edge educational programs within the school and contribute to the school’s administration and outreach activity.

Salary scale:     £36,914 to £51,034 per annum
