Logic Design and Pre-silicon Verification Engineer

As a member of the
logic design and pre-silicon verification team within the Lead
Vehicle Development (LVD) group you will be part of Intel's larger
Design Enablement (DE) organization. You will be a leader in a team
that develops the RTL models and pre-silicon verification tests for
test chips on next-generation silicon manufacturing
processes.
Your responsibilities will
include:
- Overseeing the creation of new digital, analog, and mixed-signal RTL models for new and existing designs
- Directing the creation of pre-silicon logic verification test plans, formal UVM testbenches, and overseeing closure of system level logic verification.
- Mentoring less experienced engineers in RTL creation, pre-silicon logic verification and UVM test benches.
- Looking for opportunities to expand LDV's logic design and verification capabilities to increase team efficiency and scope.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, with 5 or more years of relevant professional working experience.
OR
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and 3, or more, years of relevant professional work experience
Professional work experience must be in the following areas:
- Pre-silicon logic verification
- Logic design with Verilog or SystemVerilog
- UVM or OVM system experience, preferably in testbench design and setup for reusability
- SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)
- Coverage driven verification
Preferred:
- SoC level digital design experience
- Understanding of analog circuits and mixed signal
- Unified Power Format (UPF) specification
- Experience in mentoring less senior engineers

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
