We are
looking for a Logic Design Engineer to join our team. This position
is at the forefront of Intel's next generation media development.
In this position, you will utilize all your talents to work on the
micro architecture/ logic design of the latest best Intel media
quick sync technology and design.
Your
responsibilities will include, but not be limited to one or more of
the following aspects of the design flow which encompasses all
aspects of logic design
methodology:
- Digital design of a wide variety of logic functions, with emphasis on media encoder/decoder design
- Register Transfer Level RTL HDL design feasibility, development and debug/validation.
- For feature feasibility study, performance analysis and implementation of latest landing zone requirements
- For developing C or Perl behavioral models for media codec blocks.
Qualifications
Minimum
skills and experience:
You must possess a Bachelor's degree with
4+ years Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or in
a related discipline and industry experience. OR a Master's
degree in the same fields with 2+ years in industry
experience:
Your experience should
be in the
following:
- Computer system architecture
- Digital electronics and logic design
- Verilog or System Verilog
- Experience with logic verification, synthesis, and timing analysis tools
- Experience with C or Perl programming
Preferred skills and experience:
- Media Knowledge on video standards like H.264, HEVC, VP8/9 are a plus
- Media codec standards
