Xe Arch & IP Engineering is looking to hire Pre-Si Valid/Verification Engineer. If you are passionate about computer graphics, disrupting the industry with your innovation and working with leading graphics engineers on Intel's latest GPU/CPU architecture, then our Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics (AXG) Team, has opportunities for you. In AXG we are passionate about delivering industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display) hardware, intellectual property (IP) blocks and system-on-chip (SoC) products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. Pre-silicon functional validation Engineers own one or more architectural functional blocks to perform all verification related tasks to verify system will meet design requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to one or more of the following:
- Creating test plans for RTL validation
- Defining and running system simulation, emulation, and FPGA models
- Finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests.
- Analyzes and uses results to modify testing to ensure highest quality of Intel hardware/software products.
- Ensure validation coverage using functional coverage.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or in a related
discipline or a Master's degree with 2+ years
experience in the same fields, or in a related discipline.
Your experience will be in the
following:
- Computer system architecture
- Digital electronics and logic design
- Verilog, System Verilog
- Logic validation, scripting knowledge (Perl/Python)
