The Corporate to Consumer Sales Team drives the development of Loyalty and Acquisition programs across the US for Apple. It is creating a consistent brand experience within partners loyalty redemption sites where Apple products are featured. Working with the loyalty programs to drive engagement and awareness of Apple products as a redemption option. The Corporate to Consumer Team serves as the specialist on the best Apple Redemption Experience within Loyalty, He/She will be instrumental in unlocking Apple's potential in improving customer experience, sales growth and brand presence across the finance and travel loyalty industry in the US.

We are seeking a motivated Loyalty Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for driving performance of Apple products across loyalty partner digital platforms, growing presence of Apple products and development of demand generation campaigns with the Loyalty programs directly within key Finance and Travel loyalty programs. The successful candidate must be high-energy, proactive, passionate about the Loyalty industry and able to thrive in a fast paced, sophisticated environment.

Key Qualifications

  • 15+ years of meaningful experience within Consumer Loyalty industry driving digital customer experience and sales growth, preferably with top Finance and Travel programs.
  • Previous experience in digital commerce and eCommerce preferred.
  • Experience on leading external partners driving negotiation, programs implementation and business projects, from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization.
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for sales growth.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise on using a Content Management System, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience on content optimization via UI/UX is a plus.
  • Ability to build and execute customer facing acquisition campaigns involving Apple products that uphold Apple brand and product story

Description
- Drive the CX (customer experience) and overall improvement for Apple's products passionate about growing conversion and sales while delivering the efficient Apple CX within Loyalty.
- Build positive long term working relationships with partners to maximize product sales within member/customer base.
- Serve as the expert within the loyalty industry executing the defined loyalty plan and provide guidance on overall partner loyalty strategy within consumer business.
- Work close with loyalty programs and resellers to identify pain points in the online buying journey and develop a digital plan that improve buying experience and sales growth for Apple products sold on partners platforms.
- Responsible for partner performance with weekly tracking and reporting to leadership.
- Development and execution of large scale consumer facing program strategies in defined verticals and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Execute defined loyalty plan and provide updates to leadership team.
- Lead existing partners and see opportunities to improve sales growth.
- Develop partner specific sales and marketing plans to increase awareness and sales.
- Build a joint business plan with top accounts inline with expectations for brand dissemination and revenue objectives.
- Perform quarterly business reviews and recommend improvements.

Education & Experience
- BA/BS Degree.
- Proficiency in English
- MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
