The Parametric Test Product Engineer works in the Logic Technology Development (LTD) Test area developing and improving electrical test methods used on all LTD test wafers. This data is key to process development and is used by yield, performance and reliability groups.
As an LTD Test engineer you will get to work on all of Intel's latest processes in early development. LTD Product Test Engineers with device customers to improve design for test, develop new test methods, and create test programs that optimize data collected with minimal test time. In addition engineers may work with external test hardware suppliers to improve capability.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained
through a combination of prior education level classes, and current
level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job
and/or internship experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant field OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Must have the degree within 3 months / May 2022.
Preferred Qualifications, experience
in
-6+ months of experience in the following:
Device design and hands-on characterization
Parametric Testing on industry standard V93K systems
Unix, Linux and C/C++
Instrument design
ATE programming

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
