Logic Technology Development (LTD) product engineers are responsible for but are not limited to:

• Ensuring successful PRQ of new architectures on Intel's latest process technology nodes.

• The position requires engineering of the products to meet performance, reliability and yield goals prior to the introduction to the market.

• Responsible for ensuring yield process changes, device optimizations and reliability implications are fully understood on the product as architectures and pre-silicon assumptions are not always consistent with post-silicon observations. Hence, it requires engaging in post-silicon debug activities and working closely with design pre and post-silicon teams as well as technology development yield, integration and reliability organizations.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and internship experience.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor device physics, yield analysis, process integration, post-silicon failure analysis and/ or circuit design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in yield analysis, process integration or device engineering.

• Experience in design rule layout and/or circuit design.

• Practical programming experience.
