As a Customer Experience Product Manager at Western Union, you evangelize the importance of customer experience, customer support & customer metrics across the organization. You will lead a team of product owners, content strategists, and content designers, who work cross-functionally with engineers, UX designers, Data Science teams, brands, and other internal partners to envision, build, and deliver customer experiences that impact tens of millions of consumers. Youll transform quantitative and qualitative data from our customers into insights and strategies to drive product development priorities by working closely with design and engineering to deliver impact at a fast pace. Most importantly, you will mentor, coach, and manage a high performing, highly engaged team who love its job every day.

To excel in this role, youll have a Graduate degree in engineering, business, or equivalent with 10 years of experience within Global e-commerce, marketplace, or B2C product management, including at least 2 years of product experience in Mobile technologies and Mobile user experience. Youll possess excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience in turning data into actionable insights and constructing experiments to maximize time to value. You are passionate about building functional and engaging user experiences with a strong customer-centric focus. Youll have an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for customer-focused innovation. You bring a deep understanding of business strategy and metrics, especially web engagement and funnel metrics. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
