The Manufacturing Systems Software Development Engineer will be primarily responsible for Automation application or Platforms/infrastructure technical troubleshooting and operational support for the systems and software running in Intel's D1 development factory. The candidate will also be expected to provide next-level support for certain applications for Intel's worldwide factory network. Some project work including insertion activity, hardening, and CIP software development may be assigned as well.
This is a compressed work-week position. Working hours are 7:30am to 8pm for 3 or 4 days a week (Shift 5)
Qualifications
You
must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for
this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.
Minimum
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelors, or Masters degree in a STEM discipline
- 1+ years of experience in Java, Python, C# or other object-oriented programming languages.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in Factory Manufacturing and/or Automation systems.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
