The Marketing Lead, Apple Arcade and Apple Fitness+ will be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns and programs that build these service brands and drive their growth. They will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for each service, and drive compelling and innovative marketing rooted in a deep understanding of customer, product and category insights. They will lead global cross functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive acquisition and engagement with the service. They will also partner with developers and content providers to create compelling, never-been-done before marketing activations that captivate and excite customers.
Key Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in Product Marketing or Brand Management capacity for high profile consumer subscription services.
- At least 10 years experience building and developing a talented team of marketers.
- Accomplished leading the strategy and positioning for new entertainment or gaming content releases, based on consumer, product, and category insights.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a cross-functional leader to drive global integrated marketing for Apple Arcade game launches and major updates.
- Deep understanding of the mobile gaming or subscription ecosystem and what drives excitement across a broad range of consumer audiences. Experience across all monetization, user engagement and acquisition models.
- Ability to partner with content partners including game developers to build innovative and compelling marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Expert understanding of marketing analytics.
- Experience partnering with creative and content teams to develop motivating campaigns that drive customer action while building brand equity.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, project management and multi-tasking skills with solid attention to detail.
- Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
