You will ensure that investment approaches are aligned with customer and business goals and that the performance of our budget is maximized and optimized on an ongoing basis. You will also be responsible for providing subject expertise to new system implementation and performing ongoing analysis and design/re-design of business processes and reporting by assisting in designing, developing, analyzing, and testing new and existing requirements. In addition, this position will assist with the design of and manage the global budget allocation process utilizing the MRM & P2P system capabilities.

The Marketing Process Manager will manage a team of 4 Marketing specialists responsible for regional marketing budget management, implementation, and reconciliation. You can work under pressure and reconcile complex or contradictory data. You can quickly analyze, process, and present new information. You will be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with people of all levels to help influence positive actions. Your experience must include budget governance on a large scale. You have experience in global outlook and in financial services/payment (desirable).

For such a detail-driven role, you must have a bachelors degree Required (Math, Finance or Accounting preferred) and proven experience as a solid People Manager of at least 3 years or similar roles in terms of scope and leadership. country teams and projects. 7 years relevant work experience required including at least 3 years functional experience in CRM/ERP and at least 2 years experience in marketing organization utilizing business analysis.
