JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Mechanical CAD Engineering technologist will be Zarpacs subject matter expert for AutoCAD, Inventor, Factory Design and Solidworks. The responsibilities will include.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Generating packaging line & factory layouts in AutoCad and Factory Design.
• Convert digital facility scans into as-is 3D Factory Design models
• Developing best practices for Inventor, Factory Design and Solidworks
• Maintain the Solidworks PDM library and collaborate with design engineers to detail parts.
• Detail machine parts for the Zarpac custom design build group

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in mechanical technology certificate from a technical college/university
• 3 years of related experience in industrial automation or factory environment preferred
• Power user for AutoCad, Inventor and Solidworks CAD.
• Solid communicationsskills.
• AutoCAD certificate
• Comfortable developing and presenting best practices to technical staff.
• Excellent attention to detail
