Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) Media Design Engineer:
- Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packaging.
- Conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
- Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication.
- Provides design information to drafting for packaging documentation.
The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills:
- Technical and analytical skills, with knowledge of statistical design of experiments and problem-solving techniques.
This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree with 3+ months of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
- Candidate must possess the degree by employment start date.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ months of experience with one ore more of the following:
- Mechanical design, CAD/Solidworks/Driveworks/RSS analysis/Geometric Dimensioning/Finite Eliminate Analysis.
- Material handling systems including high speed/accuracy pick-n-place, motion control, and vision systems.
- Fundamental science and engineering concepts in development to create novel design solutions for high volume manufacturing processes .
- Stakeholder management (ex. supplier management/project management/internal partner management)
- Semiconductor devices and packaging processes and technology.
