Partners with Employee relations and employement law to handle employee issues\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartners with Organization Development to recommend training interventions\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeverages data from multiple sources to drive behavior, allocate resources and effectively improve performance\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBA degree - HR field preferred or related degree\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years HR Business Partner, within a medium organization\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperienced working within a Shared Services environment\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and to foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong HRBP who worked with a client group, who is client facing\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong bias for action and keen sense of urgency\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent verbal and written communication skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeveloped consulting capabilities\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven ability to manage change\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESkillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomes\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMasters preferred\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGlobal org preferred\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
