The Software and Advanced Technology Group is looking for a software engineer to research, develop, and optimize HPC data center networking stacks for Intel's Xeon and Xe compute platforms. In this role, you will be working with other HPC experts to develop the world's leading platforms used for scientific research and artificial intelligence. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for designing open source networking software, optimizing system performance, and providing feedback to hardware engineering teams on future product design. A candidate should have strong software development skills, a solid understanding of system performance analysis, and be able to debug complex defects. As part of a high performing team, this role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. An ideal candidate for this position will have experience designing and optimizing networking software for HPC clusters and a thorough understanding of hardware components used in high performance computing, including discrete GPUs, CPUs, high performance interconnects, and networking software stacks.

must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would
be obtained through a combination of your
schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or
internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in
with 3 years of experience or master's with 2 years of experience
or Ph.D with 1 year of experience with:- Developing code in C
language- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, and scripting languages (e.g.
bash, Perl, Python).- Developing code in a Linux OS environment-
Experience using open-source development and source control tools
and processesPreferred Qualifications:- Advanced knowledge of
network transports, programming models for distributed memory such
as MPI, PGAS - Experience with the Linux RDMA or open fabrics
programming interfaces for HPC networks such as InfiniBand, RoCE,
or OmniPath - Sysadmin experience for Linux systems - Working
knowledge of HPC data center technologiesInside this Business

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$171,440.00-$257,260.00
