This position is for
an Operational Analytics Business Data Analyst in the Supply Chain
Enabling Solutions( SCES) Operational Analytics and Automation Team
within MSO Supply Chain (MSO-SC) organization that supports Intel's
Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, motivated
and have a strong affinity to data and business processes with
proven experience in delivering analytics and data solutions within
the supply chain domain. You will join the team as a Business Data
Analyst supporting globally dispersed MSO-SC
organizations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Operational Analytics and Automation solutions in partnership with business subject matter experts, super users and OAA technical team to solve complex problems and developing an effective analytics self-service community with in the business.
Partner with the customer to understand the business problem and identify the value drivers associated with the project. Gather, elicit, and document requirements through multiple channels including: working directly with business stakeholders, functional subject matter experts and operational leads.
Develop deep business and operations acumen to help identify and drive relevant analytics related Business Process flow mapping (End to End)- As-Is/ To-Be transformations in partnership with business SMEs.
Partner with PM to develop project business cases that specify problem statement, project scope, business value, and end state.
Plan, establish User Acceptance Criteria and execute User Acceptance Testing. Coordinate testing efforts with end users.
Enabling MSO-SC wide data culture through engagements with customers, educating them on technical capabilities available and facilitating data accessibility and awareness initiatives.
Maintain supply chain data catalog and update MSO-SC Dataverse to help make data more accessible and information more accessible.
Supporting Data Hotline to connect our customers with the data and access they need.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Computer Science/Business Information Management or related field of study.
3+ years of relevant business experience working in supply chain management, data analytics, data science, or process improvements.
Experience with Business Process Mapping. Strong proficiency with Office products, including process diagraming in Visio or similar.
5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst (or similar) with working experience in SQL/ PBI.
This position is eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Computer Science/Business Information Management or related field of study.
3+ years of experience in the following:
Experience with SC Data Systems and other Intel data sources.
Python, data modeling, data transformation.
Microsoft SQL Server Analysis services using DAX.
Experience with Scrum, agile/SAFE methodologies and practices.
Develop and apply SC data domain expertise to stitch together data sets using SQL and build prototypes (using Power BI or similar) to solidify requirements.
Knowledge of Total Change Management (TCM) methodology and tools.
Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Six Sigma Certifications will be considered a plus).
Advanced education or ASCM /APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain is a plus.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
