The NAS Specialty Solutions Representative is assigned to multiple projects and shall coordinate with the Client over the phone to prepare initial work that is required for system set-up. Will conduct the analysis call to review the full product offering and requirements of the Clients. Will be in charge of the initial stages of system configuration, testing, schedule, and conduct user training until Client sign-off. Connects with the Clients to give them system access and provides assistance in issues or adjustments needed. 

  • Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution
  • Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
  • Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
  • Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution
  • Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate
  • Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution
  • Build long term relationship and trust
  • Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service
  • Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year BPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment.
  • Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, emails, database navigation and management of data
  • Basic project management skills (preferably), ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Impactful communication; must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level. Confidently express thought concisely and accurately to all.
  • Time-bound; maintains focus and overcomes obstacles to complete work within deadlines. Uses time and resources efficiently to finish a project while exceeding expectations.
  • Client-focus; including the ability to influence and guide the Client to the best solution to help resolve their Client needs. Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
