The Oregon Die Prep (ODP) organization is looking for Industrial Engineering candidates to join our growing team in Aloha. Oregon Die Prep is an integral part of Intel's new FOVEROS technology and Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization. This team is focused on planning and optimizing the capital requirements and forecasts, material flows, and layouts to meet Oregon's ramping Die Prep requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multiple facets of Industrial Engineering and wants to be part of a growing and exciting organization.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Developing and validating process tool capacity models and metrics to forecast equipment requirements and identify factory bottlenecks.
- Evaluating tool performance to the model of record and partnering with engineering teams to develop roadmaps to close performance gaps.
- Forecasting support equipment requirements working closely with manufacturing to identify focus areas as production volume grows.
- Building mathematical models to support technology decisions that affect the manufacturing process.
- Determining the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
- Capacity analysis, queue time analysis, limiter assessment, and optimization of capital and product balancing across Intel sites.
- Delivering innovative solutions to Area Manager and Factory Manager levels of the organization.
- Identifying and resolving production challenges in cross-functional teams of Central Capacity IE's (Industrial Engineers), Layout IE's, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Process Engineering, Factory Construction, and Automation.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science discipline such as Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or as Data Analyst.
- 1+ year(s) of experience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, VBA, Excel, or similar data collection and analysis software.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
