Intel's Accelerated
Computing and Graphics (AXG) is on an exciting journey to deliver
unprecedented computing power to everyone. As a new business within
Intel, you will have the opportunity to help influence and shape
AXG's journey as a key team member of Super Compute Product Team
focused on OEM engagements. The Super Compute - Portfolio
Management Team maintains a single point of contact between
customers, the BU Sales, Intel account teams and the Product
organization. This is foundation for development of deep
technology/business partnerships and "customer first" mentality.
This role, part of the Portfolio Management Team, will own customer
specific requirements documents (CRDs) with important OEM
customers.
In the role as
OEM Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the customer
engagement with OEMs to define and ensure the Super Compute product
portfolio is optimized to workloads and system solutions that will
delight our OEM customers. You will be responsible for creating the
OEM engagement strategy, authoring the customer requirements
documents, partnering closely with the customer support team to
execute to design win commitments, and provide customer feedback to
Product Engineering for future roadmap requirements. High level
responsibilities include:
Represent Super
Compute Group with Sales and customers as a single point of
contact.; first BU escalation point.
Works
closely with Sales and Customer Support on customer requirement
document (CRD), design wins and customers' program
execution.
Creates and publishes CRD and
accountable for design wins
Work with Sales to
create, execute and maintain account business plans; Revenue/Margin
targets, forecasted demand/supply
Presents to
customers entire AXG portfolio of offerings based on Intel CPUs,
GPUs, HPUs, SW stacks and SW products to
customers
Works closely with Sales on customer
contracts, RFI/RFQ responses and pricing
strategies
Works closely with SCG Product Teams
and Sales on customer specific go-to-market (GTM)
strategies
Trains Intel/Customers Sales teams on
the portfolio value proposition and GTM
programs
Provide inputs to product and roadmap
teams on AXG offering gaps and customer/market
trends
The ideal candidate will leverage a
combination of business acumen, organizational savvy, technical
knowledge, and program Management expertise to deliver a
competitive advantage for the Super Compute
Group.
Qualifications
The
candidate should have significant experience in the following
areas:
High-Performance CPU/GPU, Product
Management, Customer support, and IT related product development
(high-, and low-level designs).
Product/Program Management expertise with demonstrated
experience managing complex programs with geographically dispersed,
multidisciplinary, and matrix teams.
Has
advanced understanding of the technical concepts, architecture,
systems, development methods, and disciplines associated product
development, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate program
completion. This includes understanding of silicon, firmware, and
software development methods.
Experience
working cross functionally with Architecture Engineering, Sales,
Software Engineering, Product and Marketing teams
Strong relationship builder who collaborates effectively
across organizational boundaries to achieve a broader
organizational impact.
Demonstrated customer
relationship management and stakeholder management with proven
influencing and leadership skills w/ individuals, organizations,
technologies, and industry.
Ability to
crystalize complex messages and present to and influence at the
highest levels of management and with customers.
Desire to lead and adapt program through ambiguity.
Self-motivated and willing to take additional
responsibilities over time to contribute to the team's
success.
Skills to drive disciplined
processes throughout a business unit organization.
Education and
Experience
MBA or Masters or PhD in CS, CE,
EE, or related hard sciences field.
10+ years of experience product management, program
management in platform/product development.

$149,430.00-$261,690.00
