Apple's AI/ML organization is looking for an Operations Program Manager for the Siri Team. This role will partner with leadership in driving the team's vision and business goals. In this role, you will serve as the liaison with the team's cross-functional partners. This position will play an instrumental role in synchronizing all of Siri related initiatives, as well as partnering with the AI/ML Chief of Staff team to execute broad organization initiatives. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can strategize and implement in an ever-changing environment.

Description

This role will play a critical role in the Siri Experience leadership team: ensuring that the organization and team are continuously improving across many dimensions. Furthermore, by streamlining logistical and tactical work, this role will enable leaders to spend more time on strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team operating cadence
- Collaborate with business partners to improve progress against the organizations' goals
- Maintain relationships with key partners to ensure team success
- Partner and help managers build a workforce that reflects our users
- Support the AI/ML Chief of Staff in developing and executing a global communication and development strategy
- Drive the rhythm of business with monthly and quarterly planning and prioritization, while collaborating with the leadership team and internal partners
- Lead budget planning and forecasting, hiring strategy, and resource management
- Support and participate in critical initiatives contributing to the overall organizational strategy including

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent practical experience - MBA is a plus
