Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years or Masters with 4+ years of relevant experience (prefer Operational) and:
Demonstrated willingness to drive business processes and new initiatives across large organizations and a broad range of disciplines.
Willing to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Business acumen as it relates to communication with senior level management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent project/program management skills.
Proactive, self-directed, and willing to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Solid leadership and influence skills.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
