In 2008, the App Store launched with 500 apps. Now, there are more than two million apps available. So, we challenged ourselves: How can we offer more perspective and insight? How do we showcase the work of creative developers and how can we make the App Store a place our hundreds of millions of customers will want to visit every single day? We want people who want to help make that happen, are you interested in joining our Cupertino based team?

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Campaign Manager to join our global App Store marketing team. You, will be responsible for running partner campaigns with payment partners. As a part of the Growth & Partnership Marketing team you will manage campaigns around the world that are in line with the goals set by the Partner Marketing Lead. In this role, you will love working with multiple partners globally and have experience crafting campaigns that support mutually useful goals. You will bring operational expertise, strong analytical skills and have a knack for influencing cross-functional partners. You are a leader in partnership, execution, processes, program management, devising and implementing standout, outstanding campaigns that will elevate and drive the App Store business

Key Qualifications

  • You have 3-5 years marketing with campaign management experience
  • Experienced working with leading consumer brands and app developers
  • Experience scaling campaigns at a global level across many channels and partners
  • A record with delivering business results through partnerships across various teams
  • Possess a strategic attitude that will deliver inspiring and creative programs that align with business objectives
  • You are experienced in running and executing campaigns with a test & learn approach
  • Able to successfully work cross-functionally across multiple disciplines including marketing, analytics, editorial, design, production, etc
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Highly motivated, inventive and data driven marketing manager with experience in best-in-class consumer organizations
  • An autonomous self-starter who understands how to drive Key Performance Indicators towards App Store's business

Description

This role will be focused on building a scalable program for managing and developing campaigns
Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including international marketing, business development, operations, editorial, analytics, business management, and design teams
Identify critical metrics for your programs to focus the team, get results, and ensure programs are measured and widely socialized on a regular cadence
Define processes and identify the tools to build, execute and report on marketing programs with partners in mind
Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against significant metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization
Optimize partner marketing programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data and tested driven insights
Represent the needs of partners and regions within Apple to cultivate the right optimizations that increase Billings across the value chain
An ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field
