The People Data Team is looking for a People Data Specialist to govern the use of People data and will be responsible for ensuring Apple's People data is secure and Apple's high security standards are exceeded

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in an IT or technical environment
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail, concern for data accuracy, and high personal integrity
  • Excellent ability to build rapport with business partners and technical teams
  • Exercises independent discernment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Effective verbal, written communication skills
  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
  • Superb communication and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to drive multiple projects to completion and should be skilled at juggling deliverables
  • Experience with diverse multinational organizations providing People/HR-related services to enterprise organizations strongly preferred
  • Experience with data security and Info Security processes a plus

Description

* You will manage the end-to-end intake and review process for all new or existing vendors and applications
* Work cross-functionally with the legal, security, and technology teams to identify, measure and report on technology risk

Education & Experience

BA/BS preferred
