The PSG Performance-Power team is
seeking a motivated Manager to join our team to work on the
cutting-edge FPGA performance/watt optimization. As a manager, set
priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an
inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage
performance.
Responsibilities
in this position involves guiding a team whose function
includes:
Meet product performance and power requirements for Intel's FPGAs.
Post-silicon Performance and power optimization to achieve best in class performance/watt.
Product definition to provide the best performance-power offerings to meet broad customer requirements.
Design, circuit and process debug on cutting edge technology.
Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyze customer returns.
Create and apply concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Plan and schedule daily tasks, develops solutions to problems.
Self-motivated and a problem solver.
You
must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered
for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in
identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be
obtained through a combination of your
schoolwork/classes/research
and/or relevant previous job and/or internship
experiences.

Master's degree in
Electrical/Computer Engineering or related
degree.

Requirements
8+ years of industry experience managing a team.
Experience in Static timing analysis.
Experience in Performance-power optimization.
Experience in circuits and logic design methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
FPGA experience.
Scripting language Perl or Python.
Silicon testing/validation experience.
Experience device physics.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
