About the role:
In this position, you will be contributing to Intel's chip-to-chip photonic research with a strong emphasis on practical application to future generation products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Research, design and prototyping of electrical and optical transceivers
Low jitter high-speed clocking
Low power and variation-tolerant mixed-signal circuits and advanced techniques for behavioral link modeling.
You will also be involved in advanced signaling architecture development including modulation, equalization, and coding.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for the position. Preferred qualifications are
considered a plus factor in addition to the minimum qualifications.
Experience listed may be obtained through academic coursework or
projects, prior internships, or comparable prior industry
roles.
Minimum
qualifications:
The candidate must possess a
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical &
Computer
Engineering
3+ years of experience in below areas:
Low power analog and/or mixed-signal circuits and deep submicron CMOS chip design
Multi-gigabit IO circuit design
Preferred qualifications:
Publication history in top-tier circuit conferences and journals
Silicon photonic device fundamentals and optical measurement experience

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$113,500.00-$170,120.00
