We are looking for people with a consistent record of running sophisticated cross functional projects under demanding timelines. The PM position is a hands-on role where the Project Manager is involved in requirement analysis, functional and technical design discussions, and tracking project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail on par with Apple's standards, coupled with an ability to design, build, and implement solutions transforming project management processes and tools to support a continuously evolving team. A practical understanding of building scalable, performant, and secure tools and techniques is ideal. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills and be a pro-active, result-oriented individual with strong written and spoken communication skills. Outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are critical qualities required to excel in this role.

  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to "make things happen"
  • The candidate will possess excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision

Description

Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology that will support and improve the operations of the organization
Develop and execute improvements to the capital planning framework and process
Ensure PS&T manages and delivers to meet IS&T initiatives
Participate in the capital budget process during the annual budget period ensuring the availability of resources required to address security and compliance objectives.
Oversight of Apple Information Security objectives, Infrastructure/Compliance initiatives for the organization, including summarization and reporting
Work with project, program, and technical project managers to manage cross-functional projects, sharpen focus and measurement, and using strategic insights to recommend new initiatives to scale spend and revenue.
Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with management on special projects

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
