Apple is seeking a Post Production Scheduler to work alongside our Series and Film marketing team in producing campaigns for our new Apple TV+ service. This person will help scale our Post A/V needs for all Apple TV+ original content that will be distributed across a range of paid and owned media channels. This role requires maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against Apple standards.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Post Production experience in Entertainment; preferably in a major studio or Post agency
  • Proficient in TV, Digital, Social, and Print advertising formats and methodologies
  • Very detail oriented in executing final deliveries and archiving of Creative assets
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical aspects and meet delivery requirements for multiple, concurrent projects
  • Collaborative and team oriented approach with experience in a quick moving and cross- functional environment

Description

Manage and maintain trackers for projects that come through finishing and flag upcoming needs (sources, bids, etc.).
Document/maintain Finished assets, sound library, associated vendors, differences between cuts, specs, etc.
Fulfill internal and external finished asset requests while working with Post leads for any spec adjustments or transcodes.
Work with Creatives, Operations, and Finishing teams to capture project information and scheduling.
Administrative duties such as scheduling, maintaining agendas and hosting regular meetings in lockstep with Head of Post.
Provide budget/finance information to help leadership and finance track vendor bids, budget approvals and accruals.
Assist in onboarding marketing editorial staff and act as first point of contact for in-house editorial engineering support.
Light finishing duties as directed by Head of Post.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
