The Custom Logic ASIC Engineering team within the Datacenter and A.I. group (DCAI) seeks a Pre-Silicon Verification Engineer for its silicon development organization, a dynamic team with a history of outstanding execution and industry-leading accomplishments. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in key aspects of Si development and a proven capacity for understanding new technologies to help deliver on our charter as Intel's center of innovation for cloud computing. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in many aspects of pre-Si verification, from test bench architecture and implementation to test planning, execution, and debug. You will work not only with other verification engineers but with designers, integration experts, architects, firmware engineers, and others to take projects from concept to PRQ, crossing boundaries between disciplines and organizations to help ensure Intel's success in the rapidly growing Cloud and A.I. computing domain.

Qualifications
Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position, and it will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Candidate must
possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or
related field.
6+ months of relevant
experience, experience should
include:
Architecting and coding complex System Verilog/OVM/UVM test benches at the cluster IP level, at super-cluster multi-IP level, and/or full-chip level.
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of relevant experience
in:
Working with and familiarity with PCIe and/or CXL.
One or more of the following interfaces: DDR4, GbE, USB3, USB-C, AMBA.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
