About our organization:
Advanced Design group is responsible for developing, debugging and characterizing the memory and integrated circuits in advanced silicon process technologies for high-performance and high-volume silicon manufacturing. This position supports electrical test on both wafer and the packaged units of test vehicles used to develop these technologies.
About the role:
As a Product Development Engineer your duties include: Development of test programs for a variety of memory and integrated circuits on Intel test chips. The development includes a variety of memory including Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) and Read-only Memory (ROM), Register File (RF) and its peripheral circuits. Responsible for all aspects of test development including test pattern and pre-silicon validation and post-silicon debug. This group works closely with their Yield and Quality and Reliability engineers to define and validate test requirements. Will work both within the group and with customers to drive improvements to design.
Qualifications
Minimum
qualifications:
MS Degree in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant field with
2+ years of professional/industry experience in the
following areas:
- Electrical test equipment and instrumentation
- Design for Test (DFT)
Preferred:
- Device physics and characterization
- Digital logic and circuit analysis
- Memory test, Silicon debugging or failure analysis
