Employees
in the Assembly Test Technology Development organization focused on
utilizing the power of Moore's Law to bring smart, connected
devices to every person on
Earth.
The successful candidate
will transfer products and technologies from Assembly Test
Technology Development to the Intel factory network with a focus on
Product Health Indicator actual performance versus
forecasts.
You will
collaborate with many Intel partner organizations including TD and
Factory Industrial Engineering, Product Development Engineering,
Quality and Reliability Engineering and Yield Engineering to
achieve goals.
Job
responsibilities
include:
-Work with key
cross organization partners to ensure successful transfer and ramp
of new technology into HVM meeting schedules, transfer standards
and costs.
-Lead cross-discipline
Intel teams by setting priorities, ensuring rigorous adherence to
business processes, and getting results. Address risks to revenue
output by partnering to identify and implement solutions and drive
cost reduction
opportunities.
-Demonstrate
behaviors that support the Intel Values including actions that
support an inclusive work
environment.
-Participate in team
projects that improve the effectiveness and overall contribution of
the group to
Intel.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of experience and/or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Engineering or other Science discipline related to semiconductor manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Development, Quality and Reliability Engineering or Yield Engineering.
- Experience using ATTD Capacity systems such as Integration Capacity System.
- Experience with manufacturing tools and flows used in the Intel Test and Sort factories.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
