ADP's Global Product Management Team is hiring an experienced Sr. Product Manager with demonstrated experience in software product management to lead our ADP Talent Management products. As a Sr. Product Manager for the ADP Talent Management product, you'll be responsible for market analysis activities that drive product requirements and deliver innovative product solutions to delight our end users. You will lead a scrum team and product execution activities and ongoing market-facing support, predominately working in a fast-paced agile environment. You will combine business and product technology knowledge to ensure the development and execution of the product.


  • Drive the product execution and roadmap for ADP Talent Management feature offerings, product integrations, module interoperability, data analytics and reporting across ADP's leading HCM application. Works closely with Product Development, User Experience, and Business Unit leadership to map product initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Serves as a key client facing contact for ADP Talent management functionality and evangelism. Proactively interacts with clients and partners across products. Aggregates and synthesizes client and partner feedback for future development or corrective action as appropriate. Willingness to travel (30%).
  • Partner across functional areas including sales, organizational readiness, service, and implementation to drive adoption and usage at feature level.
  • Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. Regularly review metrics and qualitative data to ensure program is meeting business objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management, development, or strategy role.
  • Domain expertise/Human Capital Management industry and product knowledge is a plus.
  • Agile at scale methodology.
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in education and experience. MBA a plus.
  • Human Capital Management experience a plus.
