Do you love problem solving and thinking beyond an obvious solution? Do you thrive in ambiguity and teams where little guidance fuels your creativity? We are seeking a highly innovative and passionate Product Manager to join a user-experience driven digital product team. We are looking for an individual with a track record for shipping complex new technology, ideally in the AR/VR space. This person will be focused on delivering tailored and relevant digital experiences by working with some of Apple's most advanced technologies including augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), machine learning (ML) and computer vision (CV). As a member of our team, you will assist us in crafting future products that will delight, inspire and empower millions of people

Key Qualifications

  • - 5+ years experience in Product Management of consumer facing digital products, or, 3+ years Product Management experience in AR/VR technology with consumer facing experiences
  • - A deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem and the AR/VR market, technologies and applications
  • - Passionate about user experience; able to inspire and educate designers and engineers with thought-provoking objectives and customer-centric use cases
  • - Have a proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to get results across a large matrixed organization
  • - Excellent collaboration skills and relationship management to effectively work across many leading-edge technology areas and cross-functional teams
  • - Entrepreneurial spirit - taking initiative and self-starter, as part of a team
  • - Shown ability to create and communicate a broad shared vision and strategy across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution, grounded in structured plans and executed with precision
  • - Possess strong decision-making and prioritization skills; have experience handling and leading complex production schedules
  • - Have insights into modern 3D interactive design and development standards; experience working with ARKit, other AR frameworks or 3D engines
  • - Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
  • - Start-up experience is ideal but not essential
  • - Product Management experience with AR/VR applications or games
  • - Familiarity with ARKit, Reality Composer and RealityKit
  • - A deep understanding of the AR/VR market, technologies and applications

- Create and lead the product roadmap for the subject portfolio; collaborating with partners throughout the broader organization
- Drive product development by partnering with a team of elite engineers, designers and user researchers
- Oversee and update the production schedule; ensuring each release is timely and solves requirements
- Represents business goals and feature solutions during product reviews with cross-functional teams and determines and follows through meaningful action items for the working team to address
- Monitor the health of projects at all times along with the associated risks and implications to timelines; lead the resolution of cross-functional issues

Education & Experience
- BS/BA degree
- 5+ years experience in Product Management of consumer facing digital products, or, 3+ years Product Management experience in AR/VR technology and consumer facing experiences.
