As part of our Retail Commerce and Digital Experience Product team, you'll help craft a seamless, high-quality digital retail experience for our customers. Join our Retail Commerce and Digital Experience Product team, and you'll help Apple make sure our customers experience an online shopping experience like no other.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to provide strategic and executional leadership over our hero buy flows and new product launches.

You should have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a highly cross-functional team environment. We are seeking an organized, results-oriented individual, who knows how to proactively redirect around pitfalls, remain flexible and positive in an ever-changing environment.

You will be asked to work collaboratively with your teammates under strict security policies. And when a new product is publicly announced you will celebrate the success along with the project team knowing your hard work allowed us to surprise and delight our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Dedicated to observing and protecting strict security guidelines.
  • 7+ years Product Management leading consumer products experiences, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibilities.
  • Well-versed in the history and evolution of desktop, mobile web, iOS and the app industry, understanding modern best practices, and has the foresight to identify emerging trends.
  • Have insights into modern interactive design and development standards; recognize and strategically apply the differences between web-based and native app experiences.
  • Passionate about user experience; able to inspire and educate designers and engineers with thought-provoking objectives and customer-centric use cases.
  • Have a proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to drive results across a large matrixed organization.
  • Strong management skills with ability to mentor, motivate and get the most out of a high-performing, independent staff.
  • Past examples of using customer insights and data analytics to drive roadmap and to improve features and user experiences.
  • Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills; have experience overseeing and managing complex production schedules.
  • Be able to work independently; anticipating and resolving problems.
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Description

Create and manage the overall product strategy and roadmap for consumer-facing hero buy flows; collaborating with senior management and stakeholders throughout the broader organization.

Negotiate and set milestones and expectations with other departments. Evangelizes each release to other departments and stakeholders.
Help manage design and development process. Makes decisions to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Oversee and update the production schedule; ensuring each release is timely and solves requirements.
Represents business objectives and feature solutions during product reviews to senior leadership and executives. Determines and follows through relevant action items for the working team to address.
Optimize user experience through intuition, analysis of quantitative test data and qualitative research/customer interviews.
Monitor the health of projects at all times along with the associatedrisks and implications to timelines; lead the resolution of cross-functional issues.
Manage team of Product Managers to execute all new product introductions.

Education & Experience

Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree.
