The Sales, Marketing and Communications team exists to deliver a world -class experience to our global, diverse, ever-expanding customers in a way that maximizes revenue, design wins, and our reputation so that we can exceed our growth expectations.

The Tools and Technologies Team (TNT) designs and builds hardware and software tools that support our top OEM and ODM customers. As a part of this small, dynamic team, you will be engaging between design engineers and manufacturers, and perform daily activities of Print Circuit Board/Systems assembly and validation. The main focus for this position is preparing Bill of Materials/documentation instructions for PCBA/electro-mechanical assembly and validation, providing technical support to manufactures and technicians as necessary to have quality a tool manufacturing.  

 We are looking for a hardware/product manufacture engineer with experience in PCBA/electro-mechanical assembly and validation. A thoughtful self-starter with good communication skills, willingness to resolve issues and search for improvement will be exceptionally valuable in this position. Responsibilities may include:

  • Voltage Regulator Test Tools and Electro Mechanical assembly, validation and repair process

  • Develop electromechanical product assembly processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

  • Serve as the central resource with product manufacturing process, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.

  • Develop product assembly and test instructions, training/guiding technicians.

  • Maintain and update databases for product Bill Of Materials, instructions documentation for Print Circuit Board Assembly/product assembly/test and RMA

  • Work with Engineers and Sales on product manufacture planning and scheduling: prototypes and current products

  • Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.

  • Improve product assembly and test efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

  • Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements

  • Provide technical support to contract manufacture by researching alternative components, Bill of Materials, Printed Circuit Boards, Mechanical drawings

  • Perform root cause analysis on both systems and electronic circuit board level as needed

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in electronics components, circuit design, PCB layout and manufacturing,

  • Proficiency in electronics product assembly and test

  • Knowledge of electronics components, circuit design, PCB layout and manufacturing,

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment without detailed task instructions

  • Ability to drive problems to solution

  • Ability to be a team player

  • Self-motivated and self-directed with high sense of urgency

  • Ability to manage several projects/tasks at once


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum of 5 years experiences in Print Circuit Board Assembly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering
