The Program Manager is pivotal to the success of all Services Tracking and Repository related projects and programs in the Global Services Organization.   The ideal candidate is someone that works well under pressure while managing, prioritizing and completing projects and programs over the course of months or quarters. This individual also has excellent communication and organizational skills, is approachable, proactive, detail-oriented and able to apply critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned Global Services projects and programs which would include defining requirements, solutioning, managing risks, change management, delivery and post-production support with little oversight or direction

 

• Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, training coordination, and change management communication to ensure success of assigned project or program.

 

• Partner with Global Services teams and leaders to create efficient and effective processes. 

 

• Provide status of tasks assigned and produce quality deliverables in a timely manner.

 

• Maintain contact with project stakeholders to confirm requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance.

 

• Maintain contact with the program’s service providers to ensure timely action, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements.

 

• Produce detailed documentation, reports and communications as appropriate.

 

• Take pro-active action to minimize risks.

 

• Work with the business to maximize utilization and value of new processes and tools.

 

• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.

 

• Handle ongoing ownership and oversight of programs that need cultivation and attention to run optimally.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Education, Experience & Training required:

 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 

• 3+ years of relevant program management experience, with direct responsibility for project coordination, risk management and change management practices

 

• Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials a plus

 

• Previous work experience in a fast paced, high growth environment

 

• Ability to pass a background check
