Project Coordinator – Hybrid - Miami, FL

In this role, you will be responsible for project coordination and execution for the regional sales team. You’ll track projects that affect the sales team and regional product roll outs including marketing initiatives and new sales corridor implementations. You’ll not only track project milestones but also help identify risks to the project and provide input to improve the process to ensure timely project completion.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate business units like Marketing, Strategic Account teams, Sales Representatives and leaders, and others to work towards completion of project initiatives.
- Follow up and hold accountable project resources and stakeholders.
- Maintain project and program documentation, tracking key milestones and project deadlines using Microsoft Project or other software.
- Ensure proper and timely project risk management and execute an effective communication plan.
- Ensure projects are on track and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with sub-regional and central teams to manage projects end-to-end with ownership of the customer and agent experience.
- Develop presentations for communication to senior leadership.
- Utilize data and market insights to provide opportunities for growth.
Role Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working on projects as an active collaborator and coordinator.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, education or equivalent skills are required.
- PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of any of the project management tools: MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Wrike, etc. is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional project teams.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $74,500 - $115,000 USD per year base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
