The Channel Strategic Operations team is working on innovative and forward thinking ways to secure Apple demo products across low, medium and high risk third party retail store environments worldwide.

We are looking for a WW Security Tech Specialist who is a skilled individual in electronic and physical security systems with solid technical and engineering skills, experience in security prototyping, testing, implementation and change management.

You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to identify, validate, and manage the implementation of our security solutions. Also you need to be a good communicator and have attention to detail.

Key Qualifications

• Understanding of current industry security technologies with a demonstrated technical know-how
• Ability to constructively communicate with both technical and non-technical business partners including various internal
• customers with different priorities and deliverables
• Excellent communication, testing, quality assurance and reporting skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical abilities, curiosity, and thoroughness
• 5+ years in the retail security industry that include experience supporting physical security related systems and technology
• Knowledgeable on industry loss prevention trends
• Self-starter with integrity and attention to details
• Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales - solid project management experience
• Proficiency in Mac OS, Word, Excel and Keynote
• Travel both domestic and international required: aprox: 30%

Work directly with WW Security Development Manager to support a variety of security initiatives including but not limited to:

Develop detailed test case sets for multiple program initiatives

Conduct testing, capture results and provide detailed reports of current industry security solutions from multiple vendors

Manage the Apple Branded Exception Process

Audit Geos on exception process

Identify, capture and analyze metrics of any security pilots

Conduct new system testing, QA and post launch field support

Support identifying industry solutions for newly launched Apple products

Stay up to date on industry security solutions compatible with Apple products and conduct testing and report on as required

Support innovation problem solving for issues that arise in field as required.

Support cross functional teams and stores with system troubleshooting

Education & Experience

BA degree or equivalent experience
