The Programmable
Solutions Group (PSG) Hardware Rotation Program is an immersive
experience that allows individuals to explore a plentitude of
career opportunities that will guide them to their ideal career
path.

PSG is responsible for Intel's
programmable logic devices and forms part of Intel's Data
Platform's Group.
About this
role
The PSG hardware rotation program
is a 12-18mo program that will allow you to explore different parts
of PSG's hardware engineering group. You will get to rotate with
3-4 groups for an average of 4-6mo each. Once you have successfully
completed the program you will be eligible to transfer to open
positions within the
organization.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Work on challenging technical rotations that help drive critical business and organizational goals
Get to work across different discipline areas within hardware engineering (design, DV, architecture, etc.)
Build a robust technical and business acumen
Receive coaching and mentoring from our internal network of professionals
Get the opportunity to work on special projects that help drive critical business and organizational goals
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Effectively balance technical skills with relationship-building capabilities
Drive for results, a passion to win, the desire to collaborate and ability to build strong, influential relationships
Communication skills (oral and written)
You must
be available to work out of Intel's San Jose, CA offices throughout
the duration of the
program.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
3+ months of experience or relevant coursework in VLSI
Preferred Qualifications:
RTL, Design Verification
Circuit and Logic Design
Scripting and Programming Skills
Prior Internships in VLSI or Computing related fields

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
