As
a Device Engineer, you will be responsible to create cutting-edge
transistor and interconnect technology powering Intel's next
generation of products, including desktop, server, mobile and
graphics chips as well as Intel's Foundry
products.
Your main responsibilities
will include, but are not limited
to:
Analyze e-test data for different technology development experiments and prepare summary reports using data analysis software. Develop scripts and applications to automate data extraction and processing.
Work with advanced layout tools to draw, view and validate structures for technology test vehicles
Create high-speed test programs used for data collection on advanced electrical probers and direct technicians for collecting bench electrical data.
Assess Silicon-to-Simulation health and readiness for High Volume Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the willingness to work effectively within a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained
through a combination of prior education level classes, and current
level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job
and/or internship experience.
Minimum
Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months of expertise in semiconductor device physics, semiconductor device fabrication, and device characterization techniques through course work or graduate projects.
6+ months of experience in Virtuoso layout, schematic entry, simulation, and Perl/Python scripting
