Job Description
Equipment Technicians perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting and execute standard and non-standard job plans on functioning waste water treatment systems used in the manufacturing process.Duties: Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. May also perform setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.Assignments are semi-routine in nature and require coordination with stakeholders. Work is performed within generally defined parameters and individuals normally receive general instructions for most work. Some degree of judgement required in resolving non-standard problems. Additionally, engineering technicians manage various group programs associated with the group's supporting equipment (i.e., tools, fall protection, lock out tag out).Engineering technicians troubleshoot and perform corrective/preventative maintenance on industrial wastewater equipment. They also support new system start up and operation/enablement of pilot waste treatment systems. 


Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years work experience in semiconductor, or related technical industries Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with MS Excel- Experience with Microsoft Word- Mechanical skills, including knowledge of materials, fabrication and installation processes- Level 1 operating certifications for liquid waste treatment systems- Laboratory experience, including storage of samples, maintenance and upkeep of lab equipment is desirable- Experience in the design and installation of equipment and jigs/fixtures- Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills- Familiar with the D1 facilities areas- Ability to work with minimal guidance to determine equipment requirements evaluate safety concerns to ensure safe work practices are maintained.
