We are looking for a people-manager, teacher, motivator, and role model who will be supervising a team of administrative professionals. You will help those on your team build strong relationships across multiple departments and guide them to solutions that ensure success. You'll proactively supervise a world class team to ensure they have all the tools necessary to turn their skills and talent into amazing results. Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and lead team members to consistently provide amazing customer experiences and drive for results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, knowing when to use clarity, debate, and persuasion to clearly convey Apple's vision to multiple business partners
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to changing needs
  • Must be a proactive team player and problem solver with an eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and customer-service skills
  • Understands giving and getting feedback up, down and across is critical both to your own success and the success of the organization.
  • The ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is essential.
  • Positive, proactive, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to influence others, handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense.

Description

You will oversee all aspects of day-to-day logistics. Ensure the highest levels of customer services and business protocols are being met and Inspire team accountability
Hold staff meetings and 1x1's, create and align team goals, foster career growth, foster innovation, provide team with feedback throughout the year, and give annual reviews.
Act as the primary information resource for all Reception team members; provide in the moment guidance and answers questions in unusual situations. Maintain a helpful and supportive demeanor. Quickly responds to emails, texts, and phone calls
Ensure departmental resources and documents are updated and maintained
Partner and engage with internal clients and work cross functionally with different Facilities functions to ensure business expectations are being met.
Manage employee schedules and exercise flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust and prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
Manage time-away requests while maintaining up to date reports on occurrences and call offs.
Ability to manage customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive manner

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience
