The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing a partnership with our client accounts by working directly with the client staffing team, hiring managers (Manager or Director level), or account team to develop and enhance strategies to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services. Individuals must be highly consultative, have the ability to perform a variety of functional tasks, work within a team environment, actively support active and passive recruitment strategies, and exhibit a commitment to our peers and clients.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EIn addition to the above responsibilities:\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe RPO Process CRM is responsible for managing a high volume requisition pipeline, building client and hiring manager relationships, and ensuring stellar service for candidates.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe RPO Recruiting Assoc CRM is responsible to manage a full life cycle recruitment requisition load for requisitions that have positive active candidate flow, limited passive recruitment strategies, and have a common profile amongst roles. This position is accountable to ensure that the client and candidate experience is consultative and positive.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe RPO Recruiting CRM is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment efforts and hiring process for complex accounts, complex industries, and positions requiring he/she to lead the intake process with hiring managers, develop predominately passive sourcing strategies and develop relationships with client contacts on a regular basis.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe Sr. CRM provides additional strategic support to the Account Manager(s) on a client account(s), as well as provides mentoring and coaching to other CRMs on the account(s) while maintaining a full life cycle requisition load in a unique SME area.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E The primary focus of the roles is to identify and select top level candidates for key openings within the assigned client(s). The role is responsible for building and managing relationships within assigned operating unit in order to fully understand the needs of the client. Consult regarding phone interviewing strategies and analysis of completed interviews, including behavioral interviews, of potential candidates to select top level candidates for clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAccurately forecast and request transitional hours in a timely manner; leverage resources to maximize productivity and pipeline management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview candidate profile, experience and telephone interview responses and decide final disposition of candidate (i.e. eligible for hire, not eligible for hire, second round interview eligible, or transfer to another requisition because of skill set match)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFurthermore, sell identified and selected candidates to client hiring managers, as well as advise top level candidates on a client\u0027s opportunity including culture fit, knowledge gaps and value proposition.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIf applicable, negotiate and present compensation packages to candidate for acceptance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMetric analysis, interview guide development, SLA adherence and report generation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInterpret and analyze data and present back to client and account manager so that enhancements can be made to the hiring process such as revisions of behavioral based interview guides, job descriptions, compensation packages, and success indicators.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelopment and delivery of presentations to client human resource partners and hiring managers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides back up to Account Manager in areas of reporting, coaching, mentoring and sharing of best practices.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E3 years of Directly Related Experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust be able to sit onsite at the ADP client in Kansas, City, MO\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThorough understanding of staffing practices.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated professional growth within HR, Staffing and/or Talent Acquisition\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalytical Skills: Proven ability to design, develop and implement strategic solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaboration Skills: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization both internally and externally\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETechnical \u0026 Business Knowledge\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProject Management: Demonstrated ability to manage priorities within tight deadlines and high client expectations\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClient Focus/Service Orientation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunication Skills - written and verbal, coupled with interpersonal skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPeople Management-- embraces the concept of managing up and down.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManages expectations across all levels of the organization and communicates appropriately both internally and externally.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
