Simplicity is difficult to achieve. Apple's Coordination Services group is constantly striving to improve and evolve process. Our coordinators are renowned for their ability to execute a high-volume of work with incredible accuracy, while still maintaining flexibility in a vibrant environment. There will be a strong push to dive deep into the business groups' recruiting behaviors to strategize how to improve and continue to innovate down to the details that produce an extraordinary experience.

As a Supervisor, you will work closely with your team to provide both strategic and operational leadership and direction to deliver results and support business needs. You will partner with your direct manager to provide direction on operational processes, problem solve critical issues, and identify opportunities to constantly improve the support of our customers, including our hiring managers and candidates. Liaises between coordinators, hiring managers, candidates, and Recruiters where needed.

This position is based in Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, project coordination, event planning or admin experience in a fast paced customer-focused environment, plus at least 1 year in a people supervisor or management capacity
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them even track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
  • Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must
  • Skilled at effectively handling and prioritizing critical issues or business critical situations

Description
- Run day-to-day employment offer coordination at incredibly high-volumes. Includes employment offer generation, quality and compliance checks, and new employee on-boarding responsibilities.
- Provide day-to-day management to Recruiting Coordinators in support of hiring initiatives.
- Relationship management with recruiting leadership to understand support needs and manage escalations to overcome challenges.
- Provide performance management with direct reports and performance reviews.
- Manages coordinator talent pipelining and hiring for coordination team.
- Builds strong domain and process knowledge to work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to settle with appropriate action.
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships with recruiting and business teams.

Education & Experience

Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
