PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Executive Support team is exclusively dedicated to supporting SAP’s top management. The demands and expectations of our team are high and we help each other deliver the best possible support experience to our select group of customers. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You love to work with people in a very dynamic environment? You like to be challenged by the latest technology? As a member of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate your virtual team / support coverage across multiple time zones.
  • Organize team meetings and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Ensure escalations are addressed promptly.
  • Seek ways to continuously improve the service
  • Maintain the hardware and software environment of our top management including laptops, mobile devices, and meeting rooms.
  • Assist top management with the adoption of new technologies.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making.
  • Positive attitude, sociable, a team player who is service oriented.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Working with open mindset / being open for new ideas.

 

Preferred skills

  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of networking technologies.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum two years of experience working in an IT support role
