Responsibilities:
The Rehab Follow-up Specialist contacts borrowers that are in repayment for either loan rehabilitation or loan consolidation, and arranges the successful return of signed rehab agreement letters and/or loan consolidation applications.

Essential duties:

• Verify the borrower’s current address and telephone information.
• Obtain references for the borrower.
• Obtain proper personal identification documents.
• Negotiate a completed form the lender can use post rehabilitation for an automated payment method.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Required Skills and Knowledge:


• Excellent verbal skills, particularly over the telephone.
• Good problem solving skills.
• The ability to maintain composure under difficult and/or hostile interactions.
• Excellent attendance.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Understands and is comfortable with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of MS Office; in specific Excel, Access and Word.
• Sales and loan servicing background helpful
Education and Experience:


• High School graduate/GED or equivalent
