Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Client Success team is looking for a Relationship Manager.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be a key contributor for the delivery success of Compass and StandOut technology, coaching, and consulting. You will drive user adoption and client retention. You care about your clients and are attentive to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be.

This is a full-time position. We are headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA but the Relationship Manager position will reside in Maitland, Florida.

Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?
* Guide clients to successfully implement StandOut and Compass using TMBC's deployment methodologies
* Proactively helping your clients drive adoption and usage of Compass and StandOut, consulting with them to help them achieve their goals, and responding quickly to their questions
* Project management from solution design and development to implementation and ongoing support
* Successfully manage multiple concurrent clients and implementation projects
* Proactively communicate to all internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables stay on track
* Technology setup and configuration including working with Tech, Product and Support to deliver on client commitments
* Ensure that clients are educated during implementation and prepared to successfully bring StandOut or Compass to life within their organizations
* Work with the client project manager and executive team to identify/resolve all issues that could impact satisfaction

* Adaptable and open to a fast paced, every changing, environment

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* 2-5 years managing and consulting on client accounts
* Demonstrated skills in client management and collaboration
* Cross functional project management experience
* Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to facilitate large group meetings and host webinars
* Experience with SaaS implementations/delivery preferred
* Minimal travel required
