We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the US Sales Finance Organization. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data set in order to drive insights and reporting. The position will work cross-functionally with sales, finance and technical teams to help develop new tools, processes and analysis for senior sales/finance executives.
Key Qualifications
- 3-6 years consulting or data analytics experience, finance data experience preferred
- Confirmed ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis
- Strong technical understanding with ability to articulate complex issues in easy to understand business terms
- Advanced spreadsheet and data modeling skills
- Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau
- Ability to navigate through a large organization
- Plus: Experience managing and querying large datasets
- Plus: Experience with scripting and data analysis languages, such as Python or R
Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Analyzing and modeling data to unlock key insights
- Partnering with key business stakeholders to support their analytical and reporting needs
- Creating and designing data infrastructure to best support the fast paced and complex business environment
- Automating manual processes to provide more robust reporting
- Understanding intricacies of internal data and recommending future use-cases
- Identifying data issues, root cause analysis, and delivering practical solutions for the business
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree of a quantitative nature (Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
