The Online Promotions Readiness Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering worldwide and regional promotional programs across the Apple Online Stores by aligning people, process and technologies. Working with a variety of technical, operational, project management and business teams, the Online Promotions Readiness Program Manager will define and manage the promotional planning, readiness and launch activities in order to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Description
- Drive and support the Online Promotions management systems, covering WW and regional promotions & campaigns, from pre-planning through launch activities, ensuring confidentiality and flawless execution.
- Develop, manage and communicate the program Plan of Record to all partners
- Continuously identify, elevate and manage the risks and mitigation paths for all promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Readiness launch teams to manage the launch moment and post-launch workstreams.
- Effectively manage alignment and communication between stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives and other internal groups.
- Identify and coordinate the work streams of various WW and Regional functional teams including Digital Content Management, Contact Center Readiness, Operations, Engineering, PMO, Marketing and Coupons teams to successfully deliver the programs.
- Build a deep understanding of multi-function promotions processes, across Retail, Operations and IS&T. Lead the team to continuously refine direction to adapt to changing promotions paradigms.

Education & Experience
- BA in a related field, or equivalent work experience is desired.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or Retail is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM and Apple Retail promotions a plus
