This position is accountable for the operational management of the account including internal reports, performance metrics, billing and client management. In addition, the Account Manager is responsible for managing, mentoring, coaching and developing the account team staff and creating positive relationships with internal clients and departments. meeting at least yearly if appropriate.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively complete the resource allocation process in accordance with timeline and process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERealistically forecast anticipated revenues to Finance/Accounting.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively complete the monthly billing process in accordance with timeline and process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConceptualize and communicate assignments effectively to transactional resources including but not limited to RMS, COE and PI team(s).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor client Service Level Agreement adherence and notify leadership of challenges or discrepancies that need escalated.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide adequate client specific training to the transactional staff for competency verification.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with RMS and CRMs to develop sourcing requisitions when appropriate.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor CRM pipeline(s) and discuss wins and challenges with them on a one-on-one basis frequently (normally weekly).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview PI guides/prescreens for process improvement and recommend alterations to client.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and timely completion of client reporting including but not limited to:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonthly performance metrics (dashboard)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EQuarterly business reviews\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnnual account performance reports\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDaily slate/contingency and fill reports\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPipeline reports\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;Ad-hoc reporting\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor OFCCP compliance metrics and notify leadership and/or client of exceptions or concerns.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct Hiring Manager Satisfaction Process/Survey and analyze results.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in resource alignment activities for account team including but not limited to interviewing, recruiting, and skill assessment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInstrumental in coaching and performance management of account team members including but not limited to completion of performance assessment, performance coaching documentation, development and monitoring of performance improvement plan and recommendation process to Human Resources for termination.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for managing associate time including approval of overtime, time worked and vacation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAccountable for facilitating the following associate processes such as: leave of absence, paid time off, voluntary terminations, and new hire orientation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms related work as required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E3- 5 Years HR/Staffing Industry Experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOvernight travel: Up to 30%\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven ability to design, develop and implement contingency plans and alternative solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstanding of recruitment practices\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express clearly;
