ADP is hiring a Sales Analyst -- Global Sales Center of Excellence (CoE). In this position you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the movements of CRM Accounts, Sales Quota Carrier Territories, and Sales Reporting functions within the Global ES Sales organization at ADP. In conjunction with centralized Sales Operations and ADP's Business Process Innovation, the Sales Analyst -- Global Sales CoE will help establish a best-in-class focused practice on account management, territory management and standardized reporting support for Sales Business Units engaged with small business to large multinational corporations. Partners and consults with Sales Insights & Automation (part of Global Sales Operations) and provides quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain, manage, communicate, and update Sales Accounts and Territories using CRM system (Salesforce.com) and Territory Management
  • Align territories and accounts in response to market and personnel changes
  • Maintain case workflow to ensure Just In Time territory assignment and SLAs
  • Build and manage standardized Sales Reporting
  • Batch Upload account assignments using DataLoader
  • Data cleansing initiatives to reduce duplicates and erroneous information in CRM
  • Provide highly engaged, client focused and Just-in-Time support for Sales partners
  • Identify and provide recommendations on how to improve the workflow required in performing compliance activities and audits
  • Understand the relationships between ADP sales and External Sales Channels
  • Analyze, aggregate, and track Channel Payments


  • 0-7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, Data Entry, or Quality Control environment
  • BS/BA Degree; or equivalent preferred
  • Prior Knowledge of SFDC and/or other CRM platforms a plus
  • Competency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and PPT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease of interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to strive in a fast-paced evolving sales environment
  • Prior knowledge/experience in document management, sales order processing and/or HR a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential matters

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents
  • Superb organization skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
